David Purdue writes:
AUUG 2005 - The Conference for Unix, Linux and Open Source Professionals - is being held at the Carlton Crest Hotel in Sydney (Australia) on 19-21 October.

(This is the Australian conference that Theo de Raadt spoke at last year.)

The conference focuses on practical problem solving strategies. The programme was organised by Adrian Close (an OpenBSD enthusiast) and so there is a bit of OpenBSD related content:

o Damien Miller is talking on Secure Portability
o Reyk Floeter is talking about Wireless support in OpenBSD
o David Purdue on implementing spamd

There are a number of other presentations that will be of interest to this community.

Conference information and registration forms can be found at:

And note that early bird registration has been extended to this Friday, 30 September.
