The goals of the binary patches project is to provide a convenient system for patching OpenBSD boxes when enough resources are not available for doing a source patch.

The binpatch subsystem for building binary patches is now available for OpenBSD 3.3. Prebuilt binary patches for i386 and sparc64 can be downloaded from our site.

These are NOT official binary patches . They're built by me using the binpatch subsystem, use them out your own risk.

Very cool. Remember, these are unofficial, but a worthwhile project for a lot of users.

Can this site be trusted for retrieving binary updates like this?

Could it perhaps be moved over into the errata area? My OpenBSD systems don't have the room for the entire source tree, so applying patches that I need can be a major PITA.
