New Stable Maintainers

"The -stable branch has new maintainers: brad@openbsd.org and margarida@openbsd.org. I have not been able to give the branch the time it deserved, and I'm glad these two were willing to take it over.

A big thanks to Brad and Margarida for taking control of the -stable branch, and thank you Jason for your hard work. All sorts of good things are kept up in the -stable trees. We look forward to the future of the -stable branch.

well I am quite pleasantly ripped at thje moment, but as a pious follower of -stabl e I wish to thank each of you for your decdication yo the project...i think i spesk for all when i say we do apprecite your effort!
