CJKV Locale support via compat_linux HOWTO

    Very cool, would that I could put my Japanese background to better use to make something like this a bit more native... programming skill eludes me, even if I own all of Ken Lunde's texts. :(

    Then again, Netscape isn't exactly native on OBSD either... so maybe locale support doesn't need to be either! Er... no, that doesn't sound right.
