arm64 platform now officially supported [and has syspatch(8)]

arm64 is now an officially supported platform for OpenBSD. As some readers will have noticed, there's now syspatch(8) support, too.

Supported yes, but be aware that it's not stable enough to build package snapshots regularly yet.

And since Microsoft is now shipping Windows for ARM64, it's likely that we'll see more ARM64 laptops in the near future.

  Its much more likely that ARM64 will be growing substantially in public cloud infrastructure... ARM laptops are not going to drive this market, the cloud will.

    I actually think that both will increase, because as the number of cloud applications increase, the amount of power needed to use said applications will decrease dramatically, prompting people to switch to cheaper, less power hungry laptops.
