The OpenBSD and OpenSSH projects will hold a booth at the Solutions Linux / Open Source 2009 event, which will take place from March 31 to April 2 in Paris, France (Porte de Versailles, Hall 2.2).
Solutions Linux / Open Source is an annual event, mainly business oriented (Sun Microsystems, and so on), but the FOSS organizations and projects have always been welcome.
Some of the French OpenBSD/OpenSSH developers will be there, selling CD sets, posters, tee-shirts and others goodies, and presenting the projects.

Don`t you think it`s better to stop this link between geeks (programmers) and beer ? I think too many of them do not like and do not drink beer. Can someone here start a poll ?

What's your problem ? we're not talking about random geeks, but explicitly, OpenBSD developers that request beer. I'm not going to
tell my fellow hackers to shut up, even though I don't drink beer myself
(on the other hand, if you can come with a bottle of mirabelle or something similar, I'm all for it :) )

No, just people who haven't had a beer they like yet.

Yeah, me again. It's hard to find a beer that doesn't make you sweat and smell. Not to forget the fat you gain. Sorry if I am too rud.

It's hard to find a sport that doesn't make you sweat and smell either, does that mean we should not do any sport ? :-)
Once you see me, you realize that "the fat you gain" from beer is a myth...

Do you realize you're a complete idiot ?
I have lots of friends who drink beer.
Lack of proper exercise and bad life choices make you fat. Not beer by itself, not in reasonable quantity.
Of course, if you only drink beer and eat fast food, and take your car to go anywhere, then yeah, you will get fat real quick...
Anyways...it is probably the stupidest thread EVER on undeadly.
As usual, anything to get off-track, and not talk about the article
itself.
I'm beginning to think everyone related to OpenBSD suffers from some kind of attention-disorder syndrome.

Hehe,
I will be there too :-)
Maybe the T-Shirt for 4.5 release will be sold :-)
Last year, I have bought the puffy plush, it protects my bed :-)

From girls who are trying to break into your bed? I can imagine how effective this is indeed.
Just kidding of course, I love the Puffy plush too. I don't own one myself but I bought one as a gift for a friend some times ago. Won't be able to attend SL09 this time unfortunately. Have fun guys.

Indeed, OpenBSD is an excellent solution to Linux. What an appropriately-named conference.
