BSDCan registrations open

Contributed by sean on from the who needs a beer with like-mided folks dept.

FYI, registration for the BSDCan 2008 conference in Ottawa, Canada has just opened:

"BSDCan 2008 will be held on 16-17 May 2008 at University of Ottawa, and will be preceded by two days of Tutorials on 14-15 May 2008."

(Incidentally, PGCon 2008, a PostgreSQL conference, will be held approximately one week later in the same place.)

OpenBSD will have a few representative talks.
Many of the presentations are geared towards FreeBSD specific features but definitely worth a listen. If you are in the area, the pricing is decent it is run very well. Just be wary of the WLAN hi-jinx.

Update: Along with Constantine A. Murenin (cnst@), the "representative" talk mentioned above, both Matthieu Herrb (matthieu@) and Ian Darwin (ian@) are giving talks.
