Slackathon 2007 in full swing

The second annual Slackathon event is taking place today at Stockholm University. The donations are rolling in and it looks like this year will be another great success. The talks will go on all day, and the party may go on all night, so if you're in the area, it's not too late to join in.

*EDIT* Loopia AB, a Swedish Web and DNS hosting company called just now and stated that they will match the sum of the personal donations, which means another 14430 SEK (some ~1400 EUR) added to the donations! A big thank you to the guys at Loopia from all of us!

    They should play the IcePic unimpressed look drinking game. You have to take a drink and donate a base unit of whatever devil money the swedes use every time he gives somebody an unimpressed look.

    (Before you start modding this down note that the person in question as well as more than a few of the folks there will get the joke and laugh and this really is to entertain them when they look at it.)

      People REALLY try to impress me, like measuring dick sizes and still no

    I'm sorry the WLAN protection system acts up here, meaning that the live donation statistics doesn't work as expected. We're up to some 11k SEK in direct donation right now, and I'll post the sums from the beer, food and other sales after the event obviously.

    Its up again, sorry for not being to keep it up.
    This is more or less ONLY the personal donations done at the site, there are pending donations and other profits to be summed up later which I'll report on, but for now, you can see which swedes deserve extra credits for stepping up and acting instead of just asking for features or whining.

    Big thanks to all who attended, donated, held presentations and the staff!
