First two sentences:
Canadian opening
For now ten years the municipality publishes every six months a new OpenBSD version around Theo de Raadt - now release 4.0.
Into the year 1994 the roots of OpenBSD go back.
And the conclusions/ratings are also pretty good:
ix-valuation
[+] strictly sourceopen system
[+] fast installing
[+] Upgrade support
[+] multicolored hardware pallet
[-] for Umsteiger habituation-needily
The last two sentences are priceless!

I like your translation, but the actual meaning of the last two sentences is more like
[+] runs on many different hardware platforms
[-] people who switch [to openbsd] will need to get used to it

Yeah. But I've yet to talk a dev into porting to the DS Lite. Granted I've only offered to buy one for one dev. :D
