        Yes, I got one already.

          They are available from the european order site, so that's more than just Germany.

          Yes, the "Pluffy" is a toy made (by hand) in Germany by the well known Steiner factory, known for their high quality toys.

          Wilhelm Buehler was so kind to take it on as a project and after 5 different prototypes, we have finally come to a lifelike puffy toy. The only thing missing is a little hook to hang him from a wire but we'll add that in the next batch. (You should of course only hang him from the official OpenBSD lanyard! ;-)

          I would like some feedback on the first version, emails and complaints to the usual address...

          We only have a few of these so the orders are processed first come first served.

          Once I get time, we'll add US and Canada to the list of countries for our .eu ordering form, but I need to figure out what needs to be changed first (add State, right?)

        Fixed. My apologies. Donkeying with newsyslog meant the web server
        logs were not being rotated. /var has lots of space now.

    And judging by the DVD soft shell case, hopefully this will
    result in an end to the CD's arriving having been dropped by
    Ham-Fisted postal workers and having the little "fingers" in
    the CD case broken off by G-forces and the CD rattling around
    inside.

      Don't know which region you are from: For Europe I would like to say 'THANK YOU' to Wim Vandeputte for doing an outstanding job - no casualties what-so-ever! Packaging was just superb! (In its kind matches the job Theo and his followers are doing!)

      And yes: I preordered! Is there AMY other decend kind of just saying: 'THANK YOU' to Theo and his bunch??? Donating is just the icing of the cake...

    p.s. What is the best low-power ARM platform for OpenBSD?

      Just do as I do: order the CDs, buy some schwag AND donate a bit of money to top it all off. And, yes, I was unemployed until recently. I may wait a few more weeks before I pre-order, but I will certainly splurge on the 4.0 CDs and the audio CD, as well as donate 50-100 Euros.

      Best supported platform is the Zaurus, AFAIK.

        for US at least, paypal subscriptions are great. I do a 20/mo myself.

        For every 6 month release, that comes to 120US, but it doesnt hurt the wallet at all.

        I like the openbsd cd for borrowing out, and most definitly the stickers. Going to have to measure my zaurus to see if that wireframe with the audio cd will fit well over the lid, that would be perfect.

    Does this include setting up an IPSec, VPN Server on Cable/DSL with dynamic IPs or are static IP's still required on the server side - if the former is true, how would one accomplish this? Perhaps using DynDNS or some other Dynamic DNS server? I would love to get more insight into this if anyone can please share...

      yes, you can use dyndns and setup the whole thing with openbsd. i have it working here and it works great. thx a lot to the developers

      "Real Soon Now". It's been in pre-release testing for a couple of weeks (call for testing #1, #2).

      Although the 82556 chipset has similar naming to the 82557/558 and 559 chipsets, it is not an fxp chipset.

    BTW, when I had problems with 3.9 on the Zaurus SL-C3200, I switched to (about a week old, now) 4.0 snapshots. 's working well :-)
