"The UK Unix Users' Group Winter Conference is being held February 18-19 in London. We are looking for papers on System Administration, including the use of OpenBSD to solve novel and interesting problems; or merely to help you get your job done easier. The Call for Papers and conference website are available."
Having a look at their past events, it looks like an interesting group to check out. And it would be interesting to see a larger OpenBSD presence at such an event.
