Latinamerican keyboard map on OpenBSD

This is pretty neat, and given the international flavor of OpenBSD and the development team, this will surely be of interest to many people.

Update: We have been informed that there is also a Greek keyboard map available for OpenBSD 3.1. Thanks, Michael!
