OpenBSD Alpha Boot Controller List

Contributed by jose on from the DEC-Compaq-HP dept.

Seen on the OpenBSD-Alpha list recently, a posting by Oliver Lehmann:
During my search to find a bootable SCSI Controller for my AlphaPC 146LX, I was not able to find a complete list of known-to-be-bootable SCSI controllers for use in Alpha systems. I have created a list which I am trying to use to gather information on all the known working controller/system combinations. If you have something which does not appear in the list, please feel free to add it. The list is accessable from:
http://www.pofo.de/alpha-boot/
This looks like a pretty useful resource for one of the less widely available platforms OpenBSD supports.

For convenience, a short summary of this table, as well as a link to the site, has been added to the alpha installation notes some time ago.

    Hope this will be useful.
