a Reliability fix for ThunderLAN cards

Patch 016 has been released to allow ThunderLAN cards to share interrupts nicely. Instructions for application of the patch are contained in the head of the patch, or you can read the FAQ .

    Finally. My first install was on a compaq deskpro 6000 (6180) and it spewed thousands of "got an invalid interrupt"'s at me.
