a Site Configuration Changes

Since I've ran into resource problems, I've implemented a default static index.html page, which is updated every 15 minutes. If you post comments, or vote in the poll, your contribution will not show up right away. No sweat. If you're an instant feedback kinda person, you can still access the dynamic index page.

Update :
I've also made the rss summary file static as well. For you headline grabbers, please point your agents at summary.rss
