a Security Fix for libedit

A new security fix has been posted at www.openbsd.org/errata.html . This patch eliminates libedit from checking for an .editrc file in the current directory. There are no known real world security problems with this behavior, but this proactive patch elimates the possibility of a future vulnerability. Which is what it's all about, right?
