Looking at the release announcement and other sources such as the release page, it's easy to see that there are numerous goodies in store for you: A whole new traffic shaping system to replace ALTQ, 64-bit time_t, cryptographically signed base sets and packages, automatic installation features, improved hardware support, and more.
And if you haven't already, a good way to say a big thank you to Theo and the other developers is to go to the orders site and buy CD sets, T-shirts and other items. Direct donations are welcome too, of course.

Yesterday I decieded to download and check firefox browser.
I downloaded 3 files from Canada (Alberta) mirror which were:
- firefox-26.0p1.tgz
- SHA256
- SHA256.sig
Then I went to the http://www.openbsd.org/55.html and checked pub key for packages which was RWQQC1M9dhm/tja/ktitJsQVI1kGTQr7W7jtUmdZ4uTp+4yZJ6RRHb5
Then I compared the key from the offsite with the key from /etc/signify/openbsd-55-pkg.pub and they were identical.
Then I ran "signify -C -p /etc/signify/openbsd-55-pkg.pub -x SHA256.sig firefox-26.0p1.tgz". Signature was verified and it FAILED. Then I checked pkg.pub key against SHA256.sig and all packages FAILED.

if you don't maintain your own pages, blame yourself.

This was discussed at length in a recent thread on misc; choice quotes:
"The problem was that few of the translations were kept up to date or complete. Really, I'm amazed that the (volunteer) translators could keep up as well as they did, but it wasn't generally as up to date as things needed to be. Old documentation is as bad or worse than no documentation." [http://marc.info/?l=openbsd-misc&m=139653486420745&w=2]
"It was impeding other changes. People didn't want to improve things because it would hurt the translation effort." [http://marc.info/?l=openbsd-misc&m=139654911727754&w=2]
"Perfect world? No, far from it. But it is the best we can do right now." [http://marc.info/?l=openbsd-misc&m=139653486420745&w=2]
"Ngizofika ukubiza lokhu " izilimi eziningi ' ukuzikhandla . Amehlo Eziningi azigcini Izinkinga lwezokuphepha bathola , iminwe eziningi ekhombe abangazange kwenziwe okuningi bephakamisa uqobo , ngakho kuba isikhathi ucwaningo umphumela komunye umzimba okuyingxenye ." The installer is awesome. Simple and it works.
Installed on my notebook, and ir recognized from the vt the correct resolution, all hardware smoothly probed.
What a great piece of software.
