New Streams of Revenue

Contributed by jose on from the outdoor-concerts dept.

With the research funding falling off, the disparity between the project's costs and the revenues from the sale of CD sets, t-shirts, and posters is growing more evident. To help counteract this, the band Hootie and the Blowfish are throwing a series of benefit concerts across Canada. They'll be starting in Calgary (where else?) and heading to Vancouver before they move east towards Nova Scotia. It turns out that Hootie and the Blowfish are huge fans of OpenBSD due to the blowfish mascot.

More information can be found on the band's news page on their website.

      Ben,

Why are you on a OpenBSD news site then?
You are nothing more than a common troll.

Please stay away from anything IT related.

You might also like to wake up, it's April 1.
