DragonFly BSD adopts uses of LibreSSL

DragonFly BSD has joined HardenedBSD and TrueOS (formerly PC-BSD) in adopting LibreSSL in the base system:

    Switch base to use private LibreSSL libaries
    
    All base users of the OpenSSL libraries (libssl.so and libcrypto.so) have
    been modified to link against the new LibreSSL versions instead.

      It needs to be reasonably feature complete and bug free enough to even make sense to even start doing so.

        why? wouldn't it be easy to consider openbsd into the design the sooner the better? i dont know what i am talking about but i would like to.
