LibreSSL Talk to be Given at BSDCAN

Contributed by tbert on from the with-libressl-and-justice-for-all dept.

Due to a last-minute cancellation, Bob Beck (beck@) has stepped up and will be presenting a LibreSSL talk.

Those of you who've never heard Herr Beck give a talk before are in for a treat.

In case you're wondering, no, you do not have to sit up front to hear him.

Will it be recorded? if so: Somebody knows where their archives are?
Do they maybe stream talks in general? I see no Links so if somebody could provide them: Thank you!

If you dig around in the archived versions of the scheduled event, sometimes the slides and other material are added later.

      e.g.: http://www.bsdcan.org/2013/schedule/events/396.en.html

Possibly yes. BSDcan likes to cater to people living on the moon and further away, as well as heavy sleepers, since Bob's voice is loud enough to be heard all throughout the land...

I will pay money to ensure a high quality video of this talk gets out. And honestly, for any others too. I'm serious. If there's a way I can donate specifically to that, in addition to the project/foundation I want to know.

It kills me that I'll have to wait until November for Reyk's Vxlan's talk or so many others that never got recorded.

Yes, there will be audio of the event, as well as synchronized video of the slides.

Although, it is generally more interesting to attend the event. You get the chance to hear all of the questions, and not just the ones that are close to a mic, as well as be able to ask questions directly to the presenter.

Hope to see you next year!
